(၇) Adverbs of degree (အေျခအေနအဆင္႔အတန္းျပ ၾကိယာ၀ိေသသနမ်ား)

Degree adverb မ်ားဟာ ၾကိယာကို အထူးျပဳတဲ႔အခါ လုပ္ေဆာင္မွဳတစ္ခုရဲ႕ပမာဏ ဒီဂရီကိုေဖၚျပပါတယ္ ၊ အဲဒီလိုပဲ အျခားေသာ နာမ၀ိသသန ၊ ၾကိယာ၀ိေသသနတို႔ကိုလည္း ေလးနက္ေအာင္ အထူးျပဳပါတယ္ 
Adverbs of degree tell us about the intensity or degree of an action, an adjective or another adverb.

နမူနာအားျဖင္႔ ... extremely, quite, just, almost, very, too, enough ..စတဲ႔ adverb မ်ားျဖစ္ပါတယ္၊ အမ်ားၾကီးရွိပါတယ္ ။

Degree adverb မ်ားဟာ သူတို႔အထူးျပဳတဲ႔ adjective, adverb, verb မ်ားရဲ႕ ေရွ႕မွာထားေလ႔ရွိပါတယ္ ၊ သို႔ေသာ္လည္း အထူးျပဳပုံထူးျခားတဲ႔ adverb တခ်ိဳ႕လည္း ရွိေနပါတယ္
Adverbs of degree are usually placed before the adjective, adverb, or verb they are modifying.

ဒီေကာ္ဖီက ပူလြန္းပါတယ္
(4.2) This coffee is too hot / to drink.
ဒီေကာ္ဖီက ေသာက္ဖို႔ ပူလြန္းပါတယ္
( to + infinitive လိုက္ပါတယ္)
(4.3) This coffee is too hot / for me.
ဒီေကာ္ဖီက က်ေနာ္႔အတြက္ ပူလြန္းပါတယ္
(for + noun) လိုက္ပါတယ္ 
(4.4) ) This coffee is too hot / for me / to drink.
ဒီေကာ္ဖီက က်ေနာ္႔အတြက္ေတာ႔ ေသာက္ဖို႔ရာ ပူလြန္းပါတယ္
(နွစ္ခုလုံးျဖည္႔တဲ႔အခါမွာ for + noun ဟာ ေရွ႕ကေနေလ႔ရွိပါတယ္)

Too ဟာ လုိသည္ထက္ပိုေနတယ္ ဆိုတဲ႔သေဘာျဖစ္လို႔ no, not စတဲ႔ အျငင္းပုဒ္ မပါေသာ္လည္း အျငင္းသေဘာ(negative sense) သက္၀င္ပါတယ္။

( adverb ျဖစ္တဲ႔ hard ကို ေနာက္ကေန စြမ္းအားျဖည္႔ပါတယ္)
(5.3) He didn't work hard enough / to pass the exam.
သူက စားေမးပြဲေအာင္ဖို႔ လုံလုံေလာက္ေလာက္ မၾကိဳးစားခဲ႔ပါဘူး
(5.4) He didn't work hard enough / for a promotion.
သူက ရာထူးတိုးဖို႔အတြက္ လုံလုံေလာက္ေလာက္ မၾကိဳးစားခဲ႔ပါဘူး
(5.5) Your love is enough / for me / to live my life.
မင္းရဲ႕ အခ်စ္က ငါ႔အတြက္ေတာ႔ ဘ၀ကိုေနထိုင္အသက္ရွင္ဖို႔ရာ လုံေလာက္ပါတယ္
